Heritage given new purpose.

Saatı began as a bespoke commission for the Azerbaijani corporate offices of a petrochemical company, with its name meaning “the clock” in Azerbaijani. The design carries echoes of the celebrated clock at St Pancras Station in London, reinterpreted as an individual Hora Tempus piece created for a very different architectural setting.

A restrained ivory dial and crisp black Roman chapters provide exceptional clarity, while the richly detailed gilded border introduces depth, craftsmanship and a more decorative sense of occasion. Its repeating scrollwork frames the dial with rhythm and structure, with carefully prepared raised detailing finished to catch the light against the darker surround.

At 1400 mm diameter, Saatı is designed to have genuine architectural presence. Offered as a made-to-order collection, its scale, construction, mechanism and mounting can be developed around the intended setting, allowing the clock to become part of the interior rather than simply an addition to it. A CL200SS mains-powered mechanism provides dependable timekeeping with automatic seasonal time changes.

Originally conceived for a corporate reception, Saatı is equally suited to boardrooms, hospitality spaces and significant private interiors where clarity, scale and craftsmanship are important. Each numbered clock is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and discreet engraved brass plaque recording the individual details of the piece and its date of completion.
